🌞very warm welcome to your weekend, everyone🌞
I’m hoping this warmly finds you caring for yourself, excited about something, finding strength, and spreading some light. Speaking of light, I forgot how bright the sun could seem. Is it time for us all to start acting like little plants? Recharging as we photosynthesize its infinite energy source…
It is, after all, the spring equinox. Everything continues to brighten, as we move into the time of the year with more light than darkness. I do think sunny days have a way of reminding us to keep dipping into the pleasures of the world. All the while, trusting in our ability to heal. We are impeccably wired to heal.
So charge, little plants! In the light of the sun as of one another. I have some good content for you in here to kick that off…

Can We Talk About…
Homecoming For Artists
all I’m gonna say is you’re gonna wanna read this new piece on the .com (or at least gawk at Alex Wolf’s beautiful photos of this event at Rubulad earlier this month). It was so uplifting to tell this story of spaces like this that feel authentic. It is such a common desire among creative people in this city, yet not always easy to come by in a way that feels quite so authentic…
*major exhale* holy woah that felt like a lot. So I’ll save some of the other bits and bobs of cool things I wanna share for next week. (Reminder to upgrade your subscription if you wanna get that one!) And another thing, in case you need to hear it: Everything is going to be okay. Really it will. (Now say it back🥹).
happy equinoxing
warmly,
Calli
